Service

Sumili is a shared household expense register in euros provided by OpenTrentuno di Corsini Niccolò, VAT IT02078540479. This version is free, with no advertising or in-app purchases. It does not transfer money, connect bank accounts or provide financial or tax advice. Balances and suggested repayments are estimates based on recorded data and do not determine legal reimbursement obligations.

Account and participation

The service is intended for adults. Use an account that belongs to you and protect its credentials. Verify your email before recording expenses or inviting people. Invite only recipients with whom you intend to share the sheet's content, and do not use sheets to publish unnecessary personal data.

Managing sheets

The owner manages the title and participants and can delete the sheet. Each participant can add, edit and delete their own rows, and update the payment of other people's expenses without changing the protected details. Participants can leave sheets and block other people. Local changes remain drafts until saving is confirmed; simultaneous changes may require a choice between versions. Always verify amounts and dates before using them for agreements or repayments, and keep copies of important data.

Balances split paid expenses equally among current participants, historical authors and payers, with rounding to the cent. Older payments without a payer are attributed to the expense author. Payment entries are participants' declarations, not bank verification. Suggested transfers do not move money or record repayments made outside the app. Check the participants and recorded payments before agreeing on a settlement.

Proper use and reports

Do not enter illegal content, threats, harassment or unnecessary sensitive data. Do not attempt to access others' sheets or bypass service limits. Report abuse or problems in the app or to support@sumili.it, identifying the sheet and briefly describing the issue without sending passwords or unnecessary third-party data. The controller may take proportionate measures to protect the service and users while respecting their rights.

Leaving, data and availability

You can export data and delete your account. Effects on shared sheets are described in the privacy notice. The service may require maintenance; uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. These terms do not exclude mandatory liability or consumer rights under applicable law. Substantial changes will be communicated before taking effect where required.
